City Fit Path is a free urban exercise trail featuring simple, equipment-free activity stations for people of all ages and abilities.

City Fit Path transforms public places into playful landscapes that encourage enjoyable physical movement, positive social interactions, and a strong sense of community wellbeing. Our installations help neighborhoods reclaim sidewalks, plazas, bus stops, and stairways to create fitness stations and trails. Each City Fit Path activity station features universal instructions and brightly-colored graphics depicting simple bodyweight exercises – no special equipment or expertise necessary. We envision a future where all neighbors have equitable access to play and fitness.
